— Vanilla: 1 pod

— Sugar: 135 g

— Eggs: 4 whites

— Heavy whipping cream: 50 cl (500 g)

— Strawberries: 150 g

— rhubarb: 250 g

Recipe

Rinse the rhubarb, chop it into small pieces, and stir it with 75 g of sugar in a cul-de-poule. Leave to drain for at least 2 hours.
