Pineapple Panna cotta
For 4 servings
— Vanilla: 1 pod
— Sugar: 135 g
— Eggs: 4 whites
— Heavy whipping cream: 50 cl (500 g)
— Pineapple (fresh if possible): 300 g
— Lime: 1/2
Recipe
Peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes.
Put them in a saucepan with the juice of 1/2 lime and 125 g of sugar.
Put them to simmer for 30 min on a low heat with a lid, watching.
