About this drink
Serves 4:
Peel 190 g ginger (with the blade of a small spoon), rinse.
Add the juice of 1 lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper,
Blend for a long time and gradually top up with water to make 4 glasses.
Strain through a cheesecloth.
Add 4-5 tbsp....
