— Butter: 140 g

— Eggs: 5

— Fine salt: 1 pinch

— Nutmeg powder: 1 pinch

— Lardons (thick smoked bacon): 250 g

Prepare the dough:
Put the flour in a salad bowl and dig a crater.
In the crater, place 125 g softened butter (at room temperature), 1 egg, salt and 3 tbsp. of water.
