Prunes in red wine
For 4 servings
— Prunes: 500 g
— Tea leaves: 3 g
— Organic oranges: 500 g
— Freshly ground pepper
— Cinnamon: 1 stick
— Vanilla: 2 pods
Recipe
Make a hot tea, and soak the prunes in it for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile :
Grate the zest of 1 orange.
In a saucepan heat the red wine with a bit of raspberry jelly, zest and sugar.
