For 4 servings as main course
— Pork chops: 4 (thick cut)
— Butter: 10 g
— Oil: 5 cl
— Onion: 1
— Dry white wine: 20 cl
— Vinegar: 1 tbsp.

Peel and chop the onion.

You can also use some pork shoulder (contains a bit more fat); it will be more savory, especially if you use a barbecue (it this case make the sauce on the side).
