As starter reduce quantities
— Vegetables: green beans, salad, potatoes…
— Pieces of meat: lardons, leftovers of cold meat, foie gras bits…
— Pieces of hard paste cheese
— Wine vinegar: 1 tbsp.
— Oil: 3 tbsp.
— Dijon mustard: 1 tsp.

You can add some chopped herbs, preferably fresh.
Don't put too much dressing, especially if you are drinking wine ! (vinegar "kills" the wine).
Beware about quantities. Studies show that eating while watching a screen might increase consumption by 20%.
