— Beef cooked stew (short ribs, boneless shank, ): 400 g

— Fresh flat parsley: 2 branches

— Onion: 1

— Olive oil: 1 tbsp.

Recipe

Peel, rinse and cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Boil in a sauce pan with a lid for 20 minutes (water with coarse salt).
