Ficelle Picarde (savory crêpe)
For 4 servings as main course
— Unsweetened crêpes: 4
— Quality baked ham: 4 thin slices
— Butter: 45 g
— Flour: 3 tbsp.
— Whole milk: 40 cl
— Button mushroom: 250 g
Recipe
Prepare a mushroom duxelles:
Peel and slice 2 shallots.
Clean 250 g button mushrooms and cut them into small cubes.
Brown shallots and mushrooms in a pan with 10 g of butter.
Season with pepper and a little salt.
Grate 150 g of Comté cheese...
