— Romaine or iceberg salad: 1
— Chicken breasts: 2
— Extra-fresh (less than 9 days) egg: 1 yolk
— Parmigiano Reggiano: 1 piece of 150 g
— Lemon: 1 juice
— Worcester sauce: 1 tbsp.
Recipe
Cut the chicken breasts into strips lengthwise.
Sear them in a hot pan with a little olive oil to color them on all sides, starting with the "skin side", then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
