— Long rice: 200 g

— Onions: 2 middle-size

— Eggs: 2

— Peanut oil: 1 tbsp.

— Peeled shrimps: 50 g

— Cooked Ham: 100 g (thick slice)

Recipe

Rinse the rice a few times to remove most of the starch.
Cook with salt water and small broth for 10 minutes.
