"Cantonese" fried Rice
For 4 servings as starter
— Long rice: 200 g
— Onions: 2 middle-size
— Eggs: 2
— Peanut oil: 1 tbsp.
— Peeled shrimps: 50 g
— Cooked Ham: 100 g (thick slice)
